Buenos Aires, 1953. Graduated in Architecture from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She has had individual exhibitions at the Centro Cultural Borges (Como carne y uña) in 1998 and Galería Luisa Pedrouzo (Entripados) in 2002. She has taken part in groups shows, including the III Bienal Iberoamericana de Lima, Peru in 2002 and Public Art Project in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 2003. She was awarded a subsidy for Artistic Creation from the Fondo Nacional de las Artes in 2001 and was named Artist of the Year by the Argentine Association of Art Critics in 2002. Piffer lives and works in Buenos Aires.
